Sausage and Tomato Rigatoni


4 cups rigatoni pasta (8oz) uncooked
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into chunks
1 red onion, sliced
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup sundried tomato salad dressing
1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1. Cook pasta as directed on package
2. Meanwhile, brown sausage in large skillet, drain. Stir in onions and tomato paste, cover. Cook 15 minutes or until onions are tender and sausage is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Stir in dressing.
3. Toss sausage mixture with pasta. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese.



Breakfast Bake
1 can (8oz) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 package (8oz) smoked ham, chopped
6 eggs
1/2 cup cold milk
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Heat oven to 350F. Unroll dough in 13x9 inch baking dish, press to cover bottom dish, firmly pressing holes and seams together to seal.
2. Sprinkle ham over crust. Beat eggs, milk and pepper with whisk until blended, pour over ham. Top with cheese.
3. Bake 25 minutes or until center is set.


Sour Cream Biscuits
(no Picture)

1 1/2 stick butter, metled
1 (8oz) container sour cream
2 cups self-rising flour

1. Add sour cream to melted butter then add flour.
2. Roll into small balls with flour on your hands and place into miniature muffin tins.
3. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
