2 yummos! Creamy Chicken Pot Pie and Spaghetti Bake!

I was going through the grocery the other day and they had a recipe book in the cream cheese section. I picked it up and tried one of the recipes in it a couple of nights ago! My family loves chicken pot pie but who couldn't love one with only 4 ingredients and so easy! SO yummy yummy here we go!

CREAMY CHICKEN POT PIE

Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless skinless breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables thawed, drained

1 tub (10 oz) Philadelphia Savory Garlic Cooking Creme
1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 15 oz pkg.)

MAKE IT:
1. Heat oven to 400F
2. Cook and stir in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 minutes
or until chicken is lightly browned. Add vegetables, cook 1-2 minutes
or until heated through. Stir in cooking creme, spoon into 9-in pie plate.
3. Cover with crust, seal and flute edge. Cut several slits in crust.
Place pie plate on baking sheet.
4. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

This one is just a favorite at our house and I make it every time I take someone dinner. It makes enough to divide into to pans. One for your family and one for someone else. Sorry no picture for this one.

Spaghetti Bake

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs hamburger meat
1/2 small onion, diced
2 tsp minced garlic
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
48oz spaghetti sauce
1 lb thin spaghetti noodles
8 oz five cheese Italian shredded cheese

MAKE IT:
1. Brown hamburger with onion in dutch oven until browned. Brain. Add garlic, oregano, cheddar cheese soup and spaghetti sauce to the hamburger and simmer for 1 hour. Cook spaghetti noodles according to directions.
2. In 13x9 glass dish, layer half the pasta, half the sauce and repeat. Top with cheese and backe at 300F for 40 minutes.

Happy eating my friends!!!!
