One great thing about blogging is all the wonderful recipes you can get from fellow bloggers! This recipe I found on Jennifer's blog. The recipe is so easy and so yummy! I could eat it again this week. Thanks Jennifer for sharing!
FRENCH DIP SANDWICHES
Crock Pot style
Ingredients:
3-4lb rump roast
1 can beef broth
1 can french onion soup
1 can of beer
French rolls
1. Place roast in slow cooker. Pour the soup, broth and beer over the meat.
2. Cook on low for about 7 hours.
3. Toast rolls in oven
4. Slice your meat, place on the roll and use the sauce in the slow cooker for dipping.
We toasted our buns in the oven for a few minutes with Provolone cheese. I sauteed some onions and placed on the buns as well!
Super yum and Super easy!
